Test drove a Mannequin today !

Today I went to my local Ford dealer to see if they had received their mannequin / demo yet. They had no idea what a mannequin is and told me there will be no Broncos produced until October.

It's always reassuring to get solid info from a knowledgeable dealer...

What a bunch of idiots...did you set them straight?

I just went to my local dealership since they got a demo in as well. They arent allowing anyone to test drive it. O and btw they added a 9k ADM so they can sell it after their 120 days!?!?

I did notice an oddity though and I wish I took a pic of it now. On the MIC top seemed like it wasnt cut correctly on the corner and had a bunch of scratches. I wonder if this was one of those defective tops they didnt care about giving a dealer.

With the current hard top debacle going on, what a giant kick to the nuts of every two door order that hasn't received a built date yet...........there should be zero two door mannequins on the lots.

White 2 Dr BL mannequin I saw yesterday also had a bad top.

When I was talking to the sales manager after I test drove said, “why are they sending us MIC tops!?”

If it weren't for this bronco forum, I would think that all Ford dealers are totally ignorant of the entire bronco release, procedures.....everything bronco related. But thanks to this site, I know that those dealers are just choosing to to be that way unfortunately.
