I use a Kelty awning off the back of mine specifically for keeping my “kitchen” covered. Not sure if it would work for our needs. Biggest issue with these tailgate tents and jeeps/broncos is the tailgate swinging out instead of up. If all you need to do is keep your gear dry there is plenty of space under the awning once it’s attached to the back of the Bronco.
