Surprise found in airbox

So my launch Badlands is about to hit 18,000 miles. I picked up a K&N air filter a few weeks ago and went to finally install it tonight and open the airbox to find a baggie with two hose clamps in it.

Any guesses where these clamps were supposed to go? I’d like to think this happened during shift change at MAP lol.
