I wanted to share a positive customer service experience.
A few months after installing my SUPAREE 5” A-pillar pod lights, I noticed some surface rust forming on the mounting brackets. I emailed them with a few photos asking if there was a warranty solution.
I never received a response, but a few business days later a package showed up containing brand-new replacement brackets and hardware.
Would I have appreciated a quick email? Sure.
But they stood behind their product without making me jump through hoops, and I think companies that do the right thing deserve recognition just as much as companies deserve criticism when they don’t.
