Hello all:

I need steps or a tube/running board for my 2 door BD without removing the rock rail that I had to pay for but hides the nasty looking pinch seam.

Any ideas or has anyone seen any manufacturers that my have something that will work? I know they share the same mounting points but there has to be a way to do this.

I made my own for my ā€˜90 YJ but I don’t want to rig a brand new 50k vehicle.

See ya,

I forget who sponsored that particular SEMA build (I just grabbed a pic off B6G)...but I'd expect it to be widely available, or they wouldn't have showcased it

Oh, wow, that is perfect to put on so my kid can climb in back until he’s tall enough to make the big step up. I’m one of those horrible people with kids buying a 2dr that will be forcing them to climb into the backseat rather than go 4dr.

Before long he/she will be in that back seat quicker and easier than you can get in the front!

this is true. And then soon after, he or she will be asking to take the Bronco out with their friends.

I think you are overcomplicating it. You don't need to keep the rock rails on. Any replacement step is going to mount to the same area and hide the pinch weld.

Then you can sell the rock rails on B6G and recoup some cost.

Saw these on a rig at Serramonte Ford. I'll be looking to add this exact rail/step when available.

The rock rails are included in the cost of the Black Diamond so you don’t have to pay extra for them.

You could always just pick your kid up to help them in. šŸ˜‚

Also, a 2DR makes you an awesome parent.
