Steering wheel controls for preset stations

Seeing if anyone else had encountered this. From time to time when I start my Bronco the steering wheel radio controls to change my preset station do not work. It’s not always and they work again the next time I start the truck. Has anyone had this issue? Dealership can’t resolve it.
