It was sitting parked since last night. Then two messages via ford pass at the same time after noon.
No alert or code was alerted on the dash at all.

Any off roading or anything out of the ordinary in the past few days of driving?

I did some trails that day but finished around dusk. Drove an hour home on highway.
no message or alert at all. Drove on Highway today and light dirt trail to see if another message occurred.
Nothing since
2023 with hoss 3 as well

Ford pass is not immediate, you probably over heated the rack. Nothing to worry about yet.

Disconnect your battery for 2 minutes. It will reset. Happened to me out wheeling and that solved the problem.
