Steering stabilizer light coming on! 250 miles

HELP!

So I have 2021 2 door , with 3.5" RC lift put on with 35s from dealership. I have put about 100 miles on it recently every time I turn either direction (tighter the turn the worse it is). I hear clicking down in the front by the end of the steering column accompanied by the dash light warning! It does this every time I turn now.

Go right back to the dealer before your stranded with a broken CV shaft.
they could also have left something loose on the install.
Sorry and I don’t means to sound rude but If it’s a steering issue it’s your safety and everyone else’s on the road. Have them check over the install and fix what’s happening pronto.

Thanks. Not sure it's a cv joint though. It's like the clicking of an electric relay in out on out at the steering column
