What is the consensus on a good way to fix rock chips on the front steel bumper?

"Rustoleum Ultra Matte Black" is also an excellent match. Spray some in a plastic cup and touch it up with a small brush.

When I drove a dirt bike into my front bumper (lol), I used Rustoleum 2x UltraCover Painters Touch in Flat Black and it was a near perfect match.

Apply it with a small brush or toothpick, and then wipe it later using a cloth with some 70% IPA to give it the same finish as the bumper. Works great

Find a spray that you think matches the best for mine it was a satin black. Spray a small pooled amount on a piece of cardboard then dab a Q Tip on the wet spray then on the chip mark.
