I have a 2023 Bronco Big Bend, purchased our of state over a year ago due to back orders and local dealers selling 10-20k over MSRP. Past few mounts soft top between passenger and driver right in the middle started to sag, besides the fact it become a pond whenever it rains, when driving with only driver side window down, the same sagging portion flaps around making a deafening noise and I either have to put the top down or turn AC on.
My local dealer conveniently have their sales department a few blocks away from service department and of course service manager is telling me my soft top is absolutely looking normal. I stopped by actual dealer and compared. Definitely sagging and nothing normal about it.
Dealer refusing to do anything about it, after I showed them a few pictures of new Bronco in sitting on their own dealership, service manager saying it's completely normal stretching of soft top, I had two Jeeps and a convertible BMW, there is nothing normal about this sagging on a vehicle that's 14 months old. So frustrating dealing with dealers after they already made their money.
