it’s on the B&P for months:

when you pull the table out the lid comes right off, so you have access to storage and jack.

I was willing to wait for it (late summer), but it was build 4/1

It’s 1295 at the dealership! Just used my Ford Pass points

if you have one installed from the factory. What stuff are you missing if you remove it the plastic flooring?

Looks awful. Guessing you prob have buyer's remorse? I'll take it off your hands for $1000. 😁

Those with the slide out tailgate, could you mount a fridge slide to the top? Is the top secure while driving or just pops off? Trying to figure out how to use it with one of the seats folded down for sleeping and still have one side with a fridge slide.

I would say yes. The top portion of the slide out, fits over the tie downs, and has some weight to it. It just does not bounce around. If you were to do what your talking about, It would stay in place.

Now mounting on to it, well that part...are you talking about drilling through the top? Or using the anchors straps ? I would not drill anything into the top. But again I could be thinking on this all wrong.

Yes thinking bolt the slide down to the top using low profile bolts so not to interfere with the slide out. But if the top is loose then that won't work. May have to just strap the fridge down to the tie downs and not have it slide out. I am just planning at this point, don't even have a Bronco yet LOL. What's the distance, front to back, between the tie down points in the cargo area?

@Tronner : The top is loose, but you need to physically grab the lip and lift it up for it to move. If I grab it from the front, or put something on top and try to move it forward, it does not move.

In theory, you could use low-profile bolts and mount them, and with the fridge on top, it would not budge. Now, the one thing I am not sure about with that plan would be sag. I am not sure if the top layer, with a fridge on it, would cause the bolts to sag and get hung up on the slide-out. I am not sure how much it could support before it could sag. It is pretty rigid,

OK great. Fridge with food is probably 45lbs. Slides I assume 15. And it will be off to the side as far as possible. Might be OK. One other option is I could make my own top out of solid wood, bolt it to the tie downs, then mount the slide to that. Then I could make a removable lid on top to get into the lower storage trays.
