Aftermarket shift knob similar to OEM?

I’ve looked at Twisted Shifterz and Billet Workz and frankly those options are horrid. They sit way too high.
I’m looking for something that has a passing appearance to OEM.

It still adds about 1/2” height though, but I did think the weight helped

Twisted Shifterz "factory height"... you don't have to have the big chunky adapter. The reverse collar pulls directly up to the bottom of the ball, and it's actually slightly lower than factory height.
I don't think anyone makes a micro-shifter like you'd see in a FWD hatch - can't get much shorter without replacing the entire shifter assembly.

and I added an AL Lockout w/ Leather boot.
