Seat back MOLLE panel status for First Editions?

Apologies if this has already been asked, but has anyone been able to confirm the seat back molle panel status for the First Editions? The only thing I was able to find was from an old post that seemed to imply that the seat back molle panel would only be included with the black onyx interior (navy/gray would get a seat pocket). Has this been confirmed to be true? The Ford website lists molle panels as a feature on the FE, but mentions nothing about this being optional or associated with the black interior
