So wife and I will be driving up in the Bronco. Scheduled for 7/24 for Off-Roadeo. Plan to spend 7/25 in Arches. Then plan to hit some of the easy trails the next 2-3 days and head home. Will not be doing any crazy extreme rock crawling. I have owned a lot of 4WD vehicles but have never done off road driving for recreation. They were always used to get me to hunting locations. Not a rock guy. All my driving has been muddy / flooded locations. Where I live if I want to rock crawl I'd have to buy the rock and have it trucked in. Any tips / guidance / suggestions for the trip?

We were just there last month and had a great time. Onion Creek is an easy trail with many minor water crossings. Make some friends at the Off-Roadeo and you can try some of the more challenging trails like Fins & Things or Top of the World. Also, Pick a good off road app that you like and pre download all your maps because cell service is spotty. I used On X Offroad and Gaia an they worked well.

We just returned from there last week, and it was awesome. The guides were great and the terrain was fantastic.
