I have no issues with my reception except when sitting under a concrete overpass and occasionally under large trees. However, as noted above, there was a technical bulletin regarding the satellite antenna. A few years ago a batch had been installed backward(?) and apparently did not function well.

Hello! Send us a private message with your VIN and current mileage. Allow me to see what I can do to assist. Thanks!
Same. Sirius just sent an offer in the mail for $4 per month and I still didn't bite. Now I've grown fond of the interesting B.C. commercials beaming into the Bronco from Victoria so I'll probably never go back 😁

There was a TSB or something a couple years ago about rotating the antenna... did that ever work for anybody?
That’s probably my next step, rotating the antenna if backwards. I don’t have a rack. The Ford rep on the site has spent 2 days asking irrelevant questions, so that’s probably not going to pan out. I’ll probably just stick with other streaming services and avoid the ass pain of dealing with Ford.

Was there a new download today, the sat radio is not functioning.
I hate that I am missing Kat Corbett drone on about her coffee on my ad-free radio.

The only time I have issues with satellite radio is when I’m driving.
And the only time it cuts out is when a favorite song is playing.

I don’t have a roof rack with my hard top and find the Sirius reception poor along tree lined highways. I understand and accept the overpass and building obstruction issues, but have two other vehicles that travel the same route and same orientation during the same season that don’t exhibit the same service drops. Have tried the refresh of radio but no change. Would prefer not to add splitters, new cables, and find alternative mounting locations. Other manufacturers seem to have acceptable solutions. Is there a higher gain replacement antenna that provides the needed Sirius/GPS reception? Don’t want to give up GPS to the head unit just to get reasonable Sirius performance that should be there anyway. Any other solutions out there?

Use the Sirius app and stream it via cellular?

Wasn't there also some software update on ... not sure if it was Bronco or the app or what, but allowed for the Sirius head unit to fall back on cellular data to help for situations like this?

I don't use Sirius any longer, but seem to recall reading soemthing about this here last year - so it would still use the Sirius interface on Sync.

I don't know if you can do anything with Sirius through Carplay/Android Auto...

Agree that you can stream via cell but for me it seems to get Ford and/or Sirius off the hook for delivering service as advertised. As mentioned at least two other manufacturers (Jeep, Mercedes-Benz) can make it work on the stretch of highway - why not Ford?

I have never had a problem with satellite radio issues. Probably because I never use it.
