I had Weathertec mud flaps, and after a few thousand miles of being otherwise fine my tires randomly decided to start rubbing on those - but only in reverse at full lock. I have 35s on 0-offset wheels and ~2.5" of lift .
I ended up swapping the Weathertecs out for flusher fitting Broflaps and no more rub.
