@FLSTFI Dave if I understand from your pics, you need that inner bracket front hole to be enlarged so it goes over the bronco bolt you cant get to and just utilize the remanding 3 bolts to hold the bracket? If that is the case, that is an easy mod I dont think it needs to be oval just enlarged for the bolt head which are not that big. You can use a step drill bit for this.

True, could figure exactly where I want it and just do a hole. However I would then have to get it powder coated again. Don't need possibility of rust.
