The last two times its been raining all day, not necessarily hard rain just steady rain and a bit of wind, the roof has leaked over the driver side. I dont notice until i pull down the sun visor and i see it all fall onto me and the dashboard. I've been through high-pressure car washes without an issue... so i think its more of an issue with standing water maybe? Before i try to convince the ford dealer there is a problem, is there anything with the weather stripping that i can check myself? I really dont look forward to dealing with the dealer and having them tell me they cant reproduce the issue. I don't take the roof panels off very often. I've only had them off like 3 times and this is a 2024 purchased new in april.

The issue seems to be mainly near the sunvisor hook. See the pic... only the encircled area had moisture on it.

Hard top. Seems to be isolated to a small spot over the drivers side front panel.
This happened on my 22 outer banks 2 door. I took the panel off and re-installed it, problem went away. Check the rubber around the seals for any deformity

I'd try and reseat your seals, mine would often get kinked in certain spots. Also, with the front panels off, check the drainage holes in the trough that runs across the top of your windshield. There might be debris or excess silicone from manufacturing that's clogging them.

No problem. Worst case, if the drainage holes are not clogged, I'd double back the OEM seals with some frost king EPDM weather stripping to cover any spots that are lacking from the factory. Worked wonders with dialing in my sunrider seals.
