I got a letter that my recall for front seat frame pivot ball (Notice 26S30) was available. When I called to schedule they mention I had another recall that could be done at the same time. It is Recall 26P04 Powertrain Control Module Software Update.

Here is what I came up with an internet search:

Does anyone know the location of said bolt? I’d love to just crank it tight myself as opposed to letting the dealer hold on to my car for days on end like they seem to do to me every time 😩

Recall remedy sez as step one..."remove both front seats." So I would think that in doing so you would discover the pivot bolts and seat linkages...si o no ?
