Was driving yesterday and noticed a change in volume and realized the rear speakers aren't very loud anymore, maybe 10% but not entirely silent..... Amp? are there any fuses to check?

I felt the same so I used the fade option in settings to put all the sound to the rear. They were terrible. I took the car in and had them look at them, they were both totally blown. I have since replaced all of the speakers and added an JL amp. I now have a decent stereo; F the “upgraded B&O” that came with it.

Hmm... for the money I paid for this thing I shouldn't have to fork out money for things like a working stereo, I've already replaced the phone charger as that didn't work either....

Is it still doing it? I had the left speakers shut off one day, but they came back after restarting. It might have even been cured after restarting carplay.

Thats how its designed. Rear speakers are just for "fill" sound.

no, It was pretty balanced front back. I checked this morning and it seems to be working normally again. Is there some sort of overload protection built into the amp?

Either get forscan to unlock them or get an Amp. They are intentionally muted from the factory

I too have had this happen a couple of times. One note for me is to shut it off, open the door, close the door then restart and all the speakers work again. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I think it's just goofy software glitches. We're starting to live in the joke from the 90s about if Microsoft built cars. :D
