Rear Recovery Points

Why do some Broncos have 2 rear recovery points and others only 1. I thought that it was those with the tow package only had 1 but I've seen non tow package Broncos with only 1 as well. Can anyone explain this? Thanks.

Look in the order guide. It shows which packages and which options come with either one or two rear two points. I never saw that tow package had anything to do with it.

Tow package doesn’t. It’s the model that controls that. But, with the tow package Ford says the tow receiver with a recovery attachment can be used as an additional recovery point.
