Rear Bumper Reverse LED Bar?

Anyone tap into their reverse lights to wire in an LED bar/pod? I was looking to mount a low profile 6in LED bar in the pic attached (circled in red). Can it be done?

Yes a lot of people have. Look around the forum. Also, I believe a company just came out with some that mounts in the spare tire.
