Yeah, yelling at someone is a deal breaker for me. Sorry you have had to deal with crap service. People don't get it - yes, it's harder to offer good service, but boy do you build you loyalty when you do!Concur. We’ve used multiple service shops. Perhaps we just haven’t found the right one.
The tipping point and what just really got to us, was the way the service manager proceeded to yell at my wife (she’s the one who typically takes the Bronco in for service due to my work schedule) for pointing out that he should be aware of people signing off work that is not done.
