Production Stuck Check-In - Mod top issue?

Status: Mods and tear tag live. Stuck on "In Production" since 1/18. Dealer confirmed that it currently shows "Quality Assurance Hold". No updated ETA.

Model: Everglades. Aux. No tow.

Here is a quick spreadsheet of those who have provided info in this thread or that I saw in other threads. Feel free to post any info I missed or got wrong and I'll update. Hoping to get enough of these that we can see some commonality.

I am also a Yes for Sasquatch. Aux switches come automatically on Badlands, not sure if/how you wanted to capture that as well. Thanks!

Last update 1/25. ETA was 2/7-2/13 which came and went. No one knows what's the hold up (Ford or dealer). Modules active, Ford confirmed it's built. Coming from Michigan plant. I'm in VA. 4 door non-sas Big Bend, hardtop, manual, aux switches, mid-pkg, brush guard, tow PKG, wheel locks, non-carpet mats, led lights.

Tracker changed to "In Production" on 1/12, Blend Date was 1/22. No updates since. Delivery window was 2/7 to 2/13. I finally got ahold of someone in marketing who told me it got put on QA hold on 1/30. Zero updates from chat, marketing or my dealer since. No one knows anything.

If the information that I've gathered is correct it's just waiting on shipping. It's a 2.5 hour drive from my house. Hey Jim Farley, can I just drive up and get it myself?

It seems like there’s literally no rhyme or reason for any of this. The only thing I can think of is that since January has the first builds of the new model year, they're doing extensive quality assurance holds on them? Hang in there!

I'll keep updating the file and re-upload every few days. Curious if @Sobes @KBeverage @kdubb143 @kaitlynmary have Aux Switches or Tow packages. That seems to be only items that could be holding up that we have in common.

I have aux and tow and it's an automatic. So there's a handful of other order's for OBX models that were on their way to my dealer and they've been listed In Transit for the past almost two weeks. It's only a 2.5 hour drive to Cleveland and they don't usually come by rail. So I doubt they've actually been "In Transit" that long. I'm wondering if they caught a defect on the line in a QA check and they traced it back through a bunch of builds. Seems to be an awful lot of similar models from pretty much the same week.

What dealership do you go through? I'm waiting on mine through Mike Bass in Sheffield.

In less than a day we have already identified 14 Bronco's built in January that are stuck "In Production" with very little information as to why. Several have been told they are on Quality Assurance Hold and others aren't sure or aware if they are on "QA Hold". Based on the wide range of specs, models, and locations, it is unlikely these are being held because of part constraints or specific mods.

Seems increasingly likely these are all being held for Quality checks or Quality problems. @Ford Motor Company we would appreciate more than a "check with your dealer" and I would venture to say our dealers would appreciate more from you also. I can't speak for everyone but my dealer is completely in the dark.

Hopefully you’ll get news, but I doubt it. And if it’s like the past, once the log jam breaks, it’s first in, first out. We just had one get delivered that was in purgatorty for nearly 6 months. One of the first to go in. It crazy that this is still happening with no explanation.
