Yes, willing to ship. And yes, the tuner was used to place the tune calibration on my Bronco and then was put back in the box.

Buyer beware that these are usually mapped to a VIN, please verify that you can somehow use it and map it to your VIN

as @dangerfoot said, these are VIN locked. You can use the tuner to change tire ratio and read codes, etc. But once vin locked a second user can't use it to tune....

sorry dude - it sucks these are vin locked. I understand they do it to prevent sharing but sucks for those who are selling the vehicle
