I'd also like to add my guess was based on aftermarket suppliers. I could easily see an OEM grille from Ford being $500+.I thought that it would be around what @TX_Bronco77 was thinking.
I didn't check every p/n but the 3 I did, were out of stock. We can take an order but it will go on back order for an indefinite amount of time. The part notes are notoriously and wildly inaccurate. Thanks! Looks like Tasca has a price of $34.81 for the bracket and $216.24 for the base grill itself but I assume they get them from the same depots that are out of stock. If you're downgrading to base and you have a front camera then your grill might require some "creativity"
Only if I have my build already I would change it for yours as my plan is to replace it for a wildtrack grill.I'm not looking to get a Heritage/Raptor gill, I was just referring to the thread about those grills. I personally want a base grill myself.
I'm wondering if anyone has dug deep enough to see if the base letters are actually removable. Or if they are molded into the grille. I agree it seems weird that they would just paint the base letters. But watching this video of a guy painting his letters you can see they are actually molded in white. So I was just told that the BRONCO letters on the base grill do not come in black. Only white and you have to paint them? I find it hard to believe that Ford paints letters just for the Base model Bronco? Anyone? Part numbers?
I couldn't tell if your avatar was relative to to the bronco roll out or Son Tay-or both!I checked the parts counter at my dealer and I recall they started around $500+.
Yup. A bit of a PITA to remove and reinstall. But unless you are the type who is constantly changing things you'll only need to do it once.Looks like they are held in place by tabs that push through front and then melted on the backside to stay in place.
Just the roll out - very good observation though!I couldn't tell if your avatar was relative to to the bronco roll out or Son Tay-or both!
