I’m going to install some PPF I bought from @Underground Graphics on my roll bars to keep the soft top from scratching them.

I’ve read to clean the surface to use isopropyl alcohol. Is this the stuff you just buy from the pharmacy? I looked and the bottle is at 70% concentration. Do I need to dilute it? A quick Google search says to dilute to 10-15%.

Just don’t want to hurt my paint. Any advice or recommendations? I overthink everything.

I use 90% on my dodge and never had issues. If you google this topic you will see that its older vehicles, collector cars with original paint that have an issue. You should be fine. Its great for getting tree sap off paint.

you'll be fine. Even with 70-90% non diluted on the paint. We use a diluted formula of 10% alcohol and 90% water for most of our daily prop. You're really just trying to get teh grease and any contaminants off the surface.
