My dealership told me they'd take off the 32's and put on 33's at the dealership and give me a decent credit for the 32's.

I see people saying that, but I also saw Mr. Levine say the two-tone leather option would be available on a trim besides the FE. Where are we getting the "not produced for consumers" speculation?

He's talking about these two tone options (not near as premium as the promo Bronco): This is the Sport, but the colors will be the same.
