Paint Deep Scratches - Soft Top (and interior tailgate)

Noticed some deep scratches through the clear coat and to the primer where the soft top scratches the rollbar-pillars (is that what it's called?)

I've seen the ppf and other protection options - but given the damage is done, what's the best paint repair option?

afterwards might add some protection moving forward. I have some similar level depth scratches on the tailgate
