We've received quite a few messages on the differences in our Rock Slider options, so we just wanted to put out a little FAQ here in case others had questions.
Our Original Rock Sliders
Our OG Rock Sliders are available in both 2-Door or 4-Door options. They have a slight upward angle to them when installed to help protect the body and more importantly allow you to pivot off of rocks. They work as a step into your Bronco and also help prevent door dings.
Original Rock Sliders with Top Plates
These have all of the same features and functions as our Original Rock Sliders, but also include an 1/8"-thick steel top plate running the length of the sliders. This top plate gives you a bit more sure footing on your step in, while also helping tremendously to prevent rock chips and snow and salt build up on the body. These are also available in both 2-Door and 4-Door.
Step Sliders
Our Step Sliders take our classic Rock Slider design and flatten it parallel to the ground and vehicle. These are still great for crawling and pivoting off of rocks, and are ideal for those who want a secure, flat boost into their Bronco. These come exclusively with top plates and help prevent rock chips, snow build up and door dings. These are available in 2-Door and 4-Door versions.
All of our Rock Sliders options:
• Come with a 2-Stage Black Texture Powdercoat
• Are compatible with our Pinch Seam Blackout Plates
• Bolt-in to factory locations with provided hardware
• Are made from 2" .134 Wall Steel Tube
• Are Proudly Made in the USA
