I am still working through reservations on the 13th-14th and should have contacted or attempted to everyone through the 15th of January by tomorrow is my goal. From that point forward the days should progress quickly for me as the reservation count daily greatly declines.
Did you mean 15th of July? I assume us October res holders shouldn't expect to hear from you all until February or even March. I'll look forward to hearing from Albert Im based in CO!

I think that’s a fair assumption lol

I don’t think that is necessarily true. I personally believe that people reserving with Granger are the most serious about moving theirs to real orders. If that’s the case, their allocations will go higher. Simple math for Ford.

I'm in Hawaii so not with Granger YET, but watching you guys closely and hoping I get similar service from Honolulu Ford. If not I'll be heading your way. Thanks for your updates though as it sheds light on what I should expect from my experience... all things being equal ?

I'm a very late reservation, 1/1/21. Anyways I was not expecting to hear from you guys until, well March. I did receive a call a few weeks ago from Granger (Jamie I think, can't recall her name) just wanting know if I had any questions.

This quote however has me confused. Am I reading correctly that you have already taken orders from customers thru 14th of January reservations?

I'm in no hurry and know that I'm at the butt end of the line. Just happen to read this and now wondering if I need to contact you guys (granger). Thanks

I think it's safe to assume Zach meant "15th of July"...

He said they are working through July 13th and 14th reservations, and hoped to get through the 15th by the following day.

The vast majority of their reservations represent those days... things will move faster once they get through that bunch.

Ah yes thank you, just read what was typed without thinking about it.

Like I said I'm in no hurry, the longer the better for me. Just read that January and thought I had missed something.

Thanks

Thank you for the update @Zach@Granger. The wife ask me the other day where we were at with our Bronco. I told her that you folks have everything under control, so we'll just sit back and wait for the call. If only all dealers had their ducks in a row like Granger.

We're really looking toward too our road trip to Granger, Iowa.

Zach and team, any initial feeling about conversion % in general? Just wondering what you are seeing. We all know nothing is certain, but we are starving for nuggets we can over analyze and use to make stupid assumptions about when we can get a bronco!

Really hard to give an accurate picture on that. We've had approximately 21% of our reservations cancel since July 13th. That number hasn't really fluctuated a lot lately. That sounds like a lot, but that's been a slow trickle since things have started. Most of these cancellations are not a result of calls we're makin now.

Our net reservation number has stayed fairly consistent with new reservations, transfers, etc. But I am not sure that's indicative of the average dealer.

We also have yet to connect with the majority of our customers too. On top of that I've had a fairly significant percentage of my customers wait until 2022.

I still am building the vast majority of the reservations as "high end" broncos. So I really think there is opportunity for a later reservations with a more entry level trim to be picked up fairly quickly.

Thanks for all of the extra info today. I'm definitely on the lower end of the trims to be built (not to mention an October reservation holder), but I really appreciate the fact that your team is keeping us in the loop on top of handling all of the reservation conversions.
