Ordered a 2 door BB and have some questions?

So I ordered a 2 door BB on 6/26/23 and got my email from ford on 6/27 order was received and then on 6/29 I got another email from ford that it was scheduled for production the week of 7/31/23 with the vin.Does that mean it will be produced before the 24 model year or could there be constraints on it?Just seems like that was too fast.

Congrats! You have a build date! Dates can get pushed back, but if you have a VIN, Ford is planning on building it for the 2023 model year.

Well the local dealer didn’t realize it would happen that soon so they told me we would wait and see when it acutaually comes in.My wife is so excited about it we just might take it if it comes in too early.

What was your order? Base BB or did you have options? I have 2 orders in at different dealers. Both ordered 3/27 and started as 2dr BB, SAS, 2.3 auto, tow, mid, mod bumper and switches. I gave up and I changed to same build but 4 dr at one dealer and a few weeks later ford picked it up with a Aug 8th production date.

my other order is still 2dr and the dealer has 2 allocations left for 2dr yet nothing but crickets from ford on that one.

Took me 15 months to get mine... I didn't give up, but - I had the wait time...

It is 2 door,BB,2.3,auto,keyless entry pad,upfitter switches,4.27 gears.

4.27 gears... I assume means you ordered the elocker for the rear?
