Order #

My order # is T022...does that mean my dealer has placed me 12 behind their orders
I did get a VIN and build date for end of May just wondering if it will happen
Also have not received a DORA or MSRP
Is it possible I can get those from dealer?
I already had one issue at dealer[ tried to get a Heritage..they told me no problem to switch trim then told me order banks shut]
Trying not to bother dealer , the manager did say when my build came in that I could walk away or they could make it right and throw in floor mats or something. Dealer is not close so I can't just stop in
Any thoughts

I don't understand your first question but doesn't really matter if you have a VIN and scheduled build date. Did you get the email from Ford or the date from your dealer?

As for the Dora, yes, ask your dealer, you should have agreed upon a price when you ordered so you might want to do that if you haven't already. Sorry about the Heritage's, yep, those order banks didn't stay open for long .

By all means, “bother” your dealer. That’s what they are there for. By the time my Bronco was delivered, I knew both Sales Managers and the General Manager at an mega dealership, and of course my Sales Associate. That’s what they are there for. You are their customer and they are making a living off of your purchase. If you are not important to them, you went to the wrong dealership.

I would stop in and walk into the Sales Managers office and say hello on a monthly basis. I made it an excuse to ask a silly question…. Made a lot of the Sales Associates very nervous however. But the Sales Managers knew me by name. I did always try to go through my Sales Associate but when he wasn’t there or available….went direct…
