This is a great illustration of the complexity of the build strategy. I also imagine they will optimize for the 'total number of vehicles built'. So if one early-res build sucks up seven in-demand parts, but further down the list they can build seven individual vehicles using the same parts, a good assumption is, Ford will go for output over timestamp. Just guessing.
