So I’ve been trying to find out different ways to save money on wheels and tires for my Bronco when it actually shows up!

I was wondering what you guys experience might be with online wheel packages that are mounted and balanced already?

Is it really worth it? In case you have balance issues?
With sending them back instead of just going and getting them rebalanced at a shop?
Or will they let you go to a particular shop and pick up the tab?

The one in particular I was wondering about is

“custom wheel offsets”website vendor.
Has anybody used this company?
Thanks Rick

Won't you need the TPMS sensors?

TPMS sensor is going to completely throw off your pre-balanced wheels, so no sense going that route. That being said, balancing is the cheapest part of getting new wheels, so I wouldn't focus too much on that for either pre or post balanced wheels.

Oh yeah….doy!
I Wonder if I could just have them send me them un-mounted.
I would rather buy the Lugnuts and sensors from Summit

Places like TireRack will provide mounted and balanced packages to you and you can also add TPMS sensors as well.

I did that with my RS. No need to 'reset' the sensors when I swapped out summer/winter wheels.

That will probably be the easiest route, unless if you like the tire pressure warning on your dash...

Contact them first before ordering. Also, try 4wheelonline as they have wheel and tire packages. I got my tires from them. Never had a problem with price matching. Good customer service also.
