Hi all,

I have now been to Moab 3 times and Ouray twice. Are there any other major off road destinations I'm missing out on?

I love the atmosphere of these two places - when I'm not on the trails, I'm drinking beer and watching all the cool rigs go by. Already planning on going back next year, but I want to explore other options too.

Cheers and happy thanksgiving! I'll leave y'all with a couple pics of my adventures.

Just a couple of suggestions - looking forward to seeing others:

Johnson Valley is literally stamped all over your Bronco - and the entire desert southwest area has some amazing things to do. Home to King of the Hammers. The Big Bear area isn’t far off and has a ton of trails too.

Central California Sierras - from Kings Canyon National park all the way up past Tahoe - the Rubicon is there, Dusy Ershim, as well as many other classic trails. And there’s hundreds trails of all levels - not just the more famous difficult ones. A lot of good trails on both sides of the Sierras through here depending on the season.

It’s a shame the Bronco Trail app died - it was decent at showcasing some good hot spots. You can still look up Jeep Badge of Honor trails for some good ideas and hot spots with lots of other trails nearby

Sand Hollow State Park in southwest Utah.

Central Mountains of Colorado, Leadville to Beauna Vista over to Crested Butte.

I'm sure everywhere/state has it's own offroad mecca of sorts, just got to find them.

As @Brian_B said, literally the entire American Southwest is an off road mecca. When you go to Moab next time - don’t actually go to Moab. Veer off to the south and west and explore.
