Is there any hardware from the soft top removal that I need to be sure to get from the dealership after install?

There’s not much, if your Bronco is all ready prepped for the hard top. I did make sure I got the soft top channels to secure the soft top. Also keep all the hardware that comes with the hard top. Extras are always good to have.

I'm trying to make up my mind on going 3rd party or OEM in time for winter.
Well, if you go 3rd party make sure you do your research. Some may not be able to deliver for a looong time.

I did a ton of research before deciding on the OEM. I don’t necessarily think that OEM is top-notch or better by any means (from the research I’ve done), but all others had pros and cons as well; some have a VERY long wait or have not started delivering after a couple of years of customers paying; some have slant backs (not my preference); some don’t have the wiper/fluid connection; some are only 2 pieces rather than 4; etc. Overall, I’m happy with my choice and the 2-year warranty it comes with. Hopefully I won’t have any issues. Apparently they’ve improved the hardtops since their initial production. We shall see!

Does anyone know:

1. What month/year of Bronco delivery are they at with these hard top offers? I got my Ford Bronco in September 2022, but I still haven't received an email.

2. What does the email look like? Is it available through any other channels (like the Ford app)? I don't want to have mine get lost in the Spam folder.

Thanks.

I purchased my 2023 Bronco in March of 2023. The email came from “ford motor company” and the subject line was “the Bronco hardtop has arrived.” I received the email in June 2024. I’m not sure if you have to be on their email list or what. Mine did not go to spam, but rather to my inbox. I think I remember in another forum someone mentioning that you can contact your dealership to see if you’re eligible to purchase the hard top. Good luck!

They've stopped doing the emails. Now the hard top is available for all to order. Placed my order on October 30, and supposedly it's supposed to be at my dealer by November 4.
