So now you have a base Bronco that says Raptor? 🤦🏻‍♂️

I went with the Archetype Racing wheel on

my Badlands.
I do and you have a problem with it? Want to buy me a braptor? No? I thought so. You can keep your comment to yourself please.

I plan on making the paddle shifters work in my base as well once I can figure out the wiring and Forscan for it to work.

Why would anyone buy you a Raptor? And in case you’re confused about things, this is a message board, the purpose of which is to make comments.

Ok let’s get this thread back on track. What someone does with their car and money is on them. We are here to share useful information relative to the topic. Not to pass judgment.

I was able to purchase the entire carbon interior (wheel, grab handles and shift knob) for $2477, or roughy $700 more than the cost of the factory option. However, you end up with an extra steering wheel, shift knob and stock grab handles that you can sell and net out at a cost much lower than the factory option. Given what I know now, the factory carbon option is NOT a good buy IMO if you order it with the car.
How/where did you buy this? Through the dealer and they did the swap, or were you able to find it online and do the swaps yourself? TIA for the info.

My dealer wanted way too much. I found the parts through other Ford dealers that sell mainly online with much, much lower margins (Google the part numbers and you’ll get the idea). My dealer couldn’t even come close. So I ordered the parts and will do the swap myself. Should be very easy on a Braptor and I’m used to doing most of the work myself any way. Can post photos/videos if anyone is interested.

Archetype Racing, he’s known as EightLug here.
I've been trying to get one of these for the past year. Last I heard from him was that he didn't have any cores, as no-one had returned one.
At this point I've given up on getting an Archetype steering wheel (but will continue to check)
