No network connection error

This just started a couple days ago. I get this error when I start the car. Also, ford pass stopped connecting at the same time, so no auto start. Carplay still works fine through my phone.

Similar issue, while Ford pass recognizes the Bronco, I have no way of starting it remotly, the screen does not appear...

FordPass shows all my info as well, but no updates since the 28th. Also, shows my car on the map from the 28th.

I called support, it’s a known issue. They said there should be a fix by Feb 2023.

So what you're saying is I didn't need to jump the gun on wife's Bronco and reset Ford Pass in the WT (which of course didn't work) Our 21 BL don't seem to have same issue and both exact builds except trim....

Ive been able to fix it by doing a disconnect to the negative on the battery terminal and waiting about 30 seconds and reconnecting. this fixed it The first time and it just happened again today.

After I did the negative disconnect a week or so ago, I thought things were good up until today late morning.

Mine just started acting up yesterday. Ford App also can no longer locate the vehicle.

Our new WT started connecting yesterday. So strange. The 21 BL never had an issue. The 23 WT didn't connect for 10 days and just started connecting again.
