I searched and found zero posts. Is anyone using this tire? Based on my research this tire geometry is possibly a no rub option for 37s on stock SAS wheels. This combo should clear stock UCA.

You're not going to get much rim protection from an 11.5 tire on the SAS wheel without bead locks.
I wish my 37 X.12.5 had more rim protection as the stand pretty skinny. I have no issues with the UCA clearance.

You are better off going with the JKS max tire kit & cutting off the crash bars.

I am reading that 37x12.5 on stock SAS wheels will rub stock UCA. Are you saying you have this set up and don’t rub UCA? I really want to go 37x12.5 Baja Boss AT. I already have 3/4” body lift with 1.5” suspension lift. I plan to cut crash bars out as well as trim the sliders.

This set up has to allow for full articulation as I wheel often. Ugh. 37 drama.

You will still want wheel spacers, even the narrow 37 tire is not really going to help as the carcass gets wider with the taller the tire. You will have 1/2" clearance with stock offset and a normal muddy tire will touch the upper ball joint boot. Also a huge difference in traction with 13.5 vs 12.5 you get more tire height for the same pressure contact patch. I am limited to 12.5" wide with my 18mm offset wheels and new wheels are guaranteed with my next set of tires.

Yep, no spacers needed other than my SVC Perch collars.

Hey there! Can’t say yet! . Sorry for the long post but just in case you wanted to know what I went through:

So I asked a ton of questions to some of the experts here. Had a FJ Cruiser that I didn’t do anything to for 15 years. With the Bronco though, will mod and sought a ton of advice.

After speaking w/ several people, I went w/ Dobinson’s Adjustable Coilovers. I just received them the other day. Alex from Hammer Built recommended them and Dobinson’s has the HD springs. I was going to go w/ Eibach but they still haven’t come out w/ their HD springs. Dobinson’s are well known in the Toyota world and are out of Australia. I didn’t know any of this until summer as I was toying w/ the idea of lifting my FJ Cruiser. I traded that in for the Bronco.

According to several folks, I shouldn’t have any rubbing. I did get Upper Control Arms as well. I even asked if I needed the JKS Max Tire Clearance kit. Was told no.

I can’t get everything installed yet as the wheels I want are on backorder.

I ordered the wheels and tires about 3 weeks ago and the wheels are supposed to come in late November or early December.

I am going w/ LOD Offroad for the front and rear bumper. The rear has the tire carrier as well. Waiting on Black Friday deal.

Tires will be Mikey Thompson’s Baja Boss AT.

I am a little paranoid w/ the whole steering rack and tie rod issues. I ordered some bushings to install in the steering rack. My Bronco is the HLE that has the Badlands Sasquatch package which includes the HOSS 2.0 and not 3.0.

Went with 37x12.5x17 KO2s!!!! Zero rub at full articulation!!!! I am still going to trim off front and rear crash bars. Zero issues with UCA on stock SAS wheels. Thanks guys you gave me the confidence!!!! 2” OME kit and 3/5” body lift. I will get some articulation pics soon. Too dark tonight when I got to my flexing trail.

I found a rub point. It is making contact with the large stay bar nut on the passenger side at full lock to the passenger side. I may need spacer or different off set to correct.

With 3/4" spacers on mine, I have no real issues. It's close on the front crash bar and may contact ever so slightly in reverse based on some paint wear, but I haven't heard/felt anything when off roading. I found this to be an ideal spacer for clearance of the crash bars while not interfering with the stock rock rails that I still had on at the time. 3/4" is as thin as you can get without having to trim the studs to clear the sasquatch wheels.

You wont rub with the 37x11.5 Nitto on stock sas wheels but should level the front

so i run 36x12.5x17 on factory sas with 0 rub anywhere and i off road hard
i am looking at 37x11.5x17 myself and it seems like the same wheel movement under the fender if you get me ...i have decided to go to non sas fenders so they look better
i just dont have the money yet lol ...keep me up to date
