Has anyone been giving any indication of how much longer the 2.7’s are taking? I’m spoiled with my Tahoe LTZ V8, but I guess when you want a Bronco, beggars can’t be choosers. 😀
Don't drop the 2.7. Keep all your options...you know the wait may be long, but don't you want your custom ordered rig to be exactly what you want??

Ford is not all that transparent on which builds get built first. Dealerships can only relay what Ford says, so you have to go by what others are getting built. Based on my experience with this forum, more 2.3L soft-top 4-doors have been built than any other configurations, and some of them within a few months of placing their order!
Thank you so much!

Hello, I am brand new. I have just read several threads and discussions on people who have ordered their Broncos. I realize that I am in for a wait and I expected that but I am curious with the options that I went with, should I remove anything in order to increase my chances of a quicker return time?

And I know that no one can give me a 100% answer on how long until I am scheduled for production, but does anyone have a good guess? Order was placed December 8th, 2021. I am willing to remove any features that might slow down the production time and I just want to make sure I am doing that. :)

Order was placed December 8th. I have paid my deposit and have been sent an email confirmation, from Ford.
Also, does anyone know if a salesperson placed my order for me, how I would be able to log onto Ford.com to get updates? I made myself my own username and password, but wouldn't my order be under his username and password, since he placed the order for me?

Thank you for your help, in advance!

Yes, agreed! Also, the 2.3 is absolutely capable, having personally test driven both in 2-door and 4-door configurations. Unless you're coming from a performance sports car/suv, you will be more than happy with the 2.3L I4 engine in the 4-door Bronco.
Good to know!

If you really want/need the tow package go-ahead and keep it. If your just planning a bike rack or cargo carrier the actual hitch can easily be added later. If you need the wiring for actually towing a trailer it may be worth keeping tow in your order...installing the wiring harness post build is by all accounts a PIA.

BTW, Big Bend soft top is very buildable, don't be surprised if you get your build date sooner than later.
So excited! I don't 'need' it... husband has a boat so want to be able to tow, if needed. He has a truck for that, so maybe just drop it, in hopes I get mine sooner. :)
