Thank you, Russ! Just placed an order for some plates. For the 1/4-20 thread, what's the max length of screw? Is the insert on the latch open on the back side as well?

Open on the back the steel nut has plenty aluminum support around it. I would stay around 5/16" through the insert.

I really wanna put some of these in my hardtop for a splash of color...

No included instructions but install was simple. You'll need a TR27 Torx bit and a 3/32" Allen key. The passenger side latch has a thin spacer you'll need to reuse. Went with the Badlands orange color and they look great!

How are you installing these with this bump? There is no cut out on the back of the pad for clearance. The OEM plastic has cavities on the back to clear this area.

Sand paper did the trick. Maybe mine was just an anomaly.

Ya that's weird. Definitely not the normal bump location. What year is your Bronco/top?
