I didn't try to ask for any freebies, but after I picked up my Bronco from the dealership; I was sent a review. Let's just say the experience wasn't spectacular. I get a message from the sales rep and he offered to make things right. In the end I got all weather 4-door floor+cargo mats and a wildtrak grill for my troubles.
Did they paint the WT grille as well?

No they come grey like the badlands grille, I had to paint it gloss black myself (or Piano black which the wildtrak grilles are)

With ADM not allowed in Canada, you should’ve ordered 20 Everglades and brought them down here to sell. I guarantee you would’ve made at least 10k (USD) on every one if not more.
You have to drive them for 10k km or possess them for 6 months to comply with export rules... But yeah that would be an idea and I though of it.

That's cool! I work for a Fortune 500 co., in Sales, and I've always got swag for good clients. My closet is full of surplus swag from not being able to have face to face meetings for 2 years!
Some might find some of this stuff to be useful to me this is over consumption (not sure of the wording), I really and truly need a set of mudflap or a door bag but a pencil, a hat or even a cheap mug is stuff that most of the people will lose or throw away... unforntunatly.

Ford sales folks seem to have lots of YouTube vids about their Broncos. Hmmmmmmm
I am definitely not one of them. I have 5 wheels,5 tires, a 5" lift, hidawinch and winch along with paint matched parts and a tattoo of a bronco but I am still waiting on my 2021 2 door. Working for a Ford dealership gets you absolutely zero pull with ford. To be fair there are over 3200 dealerships in the country. I would be remiss if I didn't say I wish this wasn't the case

Wow, this thread has got my blood boiling! Last time I checked, we live in America. Negotiating the best deal is in our nature I don't care what economic climate we're in. I guess we're just supposed to "just be happy we're getting a Bronco." Screw that. I have the right to ask for more just as you have the right to say no.

Besides, what did you do for me to sell me my Bronco? You took my order, and you just need to hand me off to your finance manager to sign the paperwork. No offense to fast-food workers, but the skill you need to accomplish what I'm asking here is not even as hard as a McDonalds's cashier. I don't even want you to "detail" my car cause you'll screw that up too.

You want me to treat you differently and with respect? How about you show the same to your customers and actually DO something other than entering my order in your PC. Ford has allocated $1,000 per customer for get this... Customer Satisfaction. Maybe start there.

This post isn't for the good salesmen who actually care about their customers. And I want to apologize if I offended you.
I agree, but I’ve also read several stories on here about dealers refusing to do business with customers after they won’t agree to any “market adjustment”. This was the first time I have ever paid msrp for a car, but it’s also the first time I’ve ever placed a custom order and waited a year and a half from my reservation date. I wasn’t about to start the whole process again over free floor mats or some stupid shit like that. If I were buying inventory off the lot, I would have more leverage, but I was just happy to pay msrp at a dealership that I know had charged at least two other reservation holders 5k adm. I had already paid for it weeks before I took delivery, but in the one day that it sat at the dealership, the sales manager showed me a pile of texts that he got that day all asking about the green bronco. They could have tacked on 20k and it wouldn’t have lasted a day If I chose not to buy it because they wouldn’t give me some freebies.

Lol okay… what you don’t realize is there will always be dealers… only difference is gonna be less inventory. Still selling because people order now, and guess what the customer doesn’t flinch at paying window sticker because they control the build. Which also means ford realizes they make more of a profit on that than when theirs mass inventory/options so negotiating and buying below window use to be a thing.. lol but enjoy getting that bronco from your local dealer
Lol, famous last words. There will always be stagecoaches! There will always be bookstores! You will always shop at malls. Rates are going up, cheap money is gonna be harder to get and people will start flinching if gas keeps going up. Just remember when youre asking people to fill out those surveys that customers will only take so much.
