I just ordered a set of the IAG Trailshield adjustable mud flaps. After looking into getting some for my yet-to-be delivered 2026 Badlands, it was really down to the IAG and the Mabett products. I ended up going with the IAG because I can adjust the amount they stick out. Plus they seem to be designed well and account for both the rock rail and the crash bar for non-SAS vehicles.
Understand that iAG and Mabbet are rigid construction and permanent. You can't take them rockcrawling or onto off-road trails with obstacles--they'll break. You'll need removables, like RokBlokz or Gatorbacks. Some are advertised as flexible enough (the RokBlokz are, slightly) to bend over rocks, but I can't vouch for that. And even if they do, if you're having trouble moving over an obstacle, and you have to reverse or roll back, then your mudflaps will be pinched between the rock (or other obstacle) and your tire.
But for street use and maintained dirt and gravel roads, they should be fine.

another vote for rokbloxz…. Minnesota winters and mudding. Also nearly stopped the rock chucking of the Sasquatch tires. Aaaaaaaand you can remove them. Goat not included

I had the IAG which are pretty much the same as Mabett on my base Sas. When I went to the ProComp wheels, I had to trim them or they would rub. Now on 37's I don't have any at the moment.

My $.02 and I’m biased because I own Bro-Flaps but I’ve done some fairly intense trails and didn’t have an issue, including Rocky Gap Nevada recently which is a 7 out of 10. While nothing is indestructible, some of the worst gravel and rock action happens when I’m out on the trails, so I’d rather put my flaps through the ringer than my paint in-between obstacles. We’ve had four customers reach out with broken flaps (out of ~2,000 kits sold). Two got caught in a car wash and two were the result of collisions with other cars and a deer. We just send a replacement for free. It’s the cost of doing business.

Good point! The IAG and Mabett would seem pretty easy to remove for rocky off-road, with three allen head screws holding them on. Mounting hardware could stay in place. Granted, it would be great to be able to leave them on and not worry. I guess worst case one or more gets damaged I have to replace the damaged ones.

I did put Mabett on when I first got my Badlands Sasquatch. Yes, they can be removed--I did replace them, after all--but it wasn't that simple. Turn screws on the RokBlokz are much more convenient.
Also, leaving rigid mudflaps on when going over obstacles increases the chances you'll leave them on the trail someplace. I've brought back my share of vehicle parts--mudflaps, especially.

Hopefully my 360 video would show any damage or broken mudflap parts. My motto is to leave any place I visit unchanged or better. I try to pickup any trash or left over crap that I see.
