Mounting Kicker Hideaway 10 inch Behind Cargo Panel?

Anybody out there tried mounting the Kicker HS10 powered sub behind the rear panel (where the factory sub would be)? If so, how'd you mount and how is the sound? Found a video on youtube of a guy installing the (barely) smaller HS8, but not in love with how he mounted it considering it required taking a dremel to one of the rivets.

Would love an alternative! I like the JL Stealthbox - but at $1200....there's GOT to be another company that makes an oddly shaped enclosure that'll fit a 10in sub back there....

I know a person working on a 10 behind that same panel. It would be fairly shallow but digital designs along with a few others would fit depth wise. Once they're ready to roll out I'm sure we'll hear about it!

i tried finding the B&O box to buy so i could just add an 8 inch, but no luck in finding that part number.

Were you successful in installing the HS10 in the rear panel?
I’m thinking about doing the same thing.

I decided to go under passenger seat but it would have worked behind the panel.
