Missing modules

The dealership recently swapped out my BCM so I had to revert everything back to factory settings but now the IPC module isn’t showing up in my list when I reconnect to Forscan. I updated to the latest version but still no dice. Any help?!?

Question, in forscan are you using your existing profile?
Try a new profile so it rescans and looks all modules, just a suggestion.

Yes I’ve tried to delete the program and do another scan, start a new configuration. I’m really at a loss. Very frustrating when everything was there a few weeks ago before they changed out my bcm.
