My passenger seat which does not get much use has some type of defect in the pad from the factory. I told Ford, they had to take pictures and reach out to get a decision and I haven't heard back yet. It's been almost 2 months.

My driver's seat seems to be possibly getting to form on the left side of the seat from sliding in and out everyday. They don't know if it's going to hold up. Anyone else having these issues?

Yes, seating material will wear in as you bend/impact it. Choosing highly durable materials will mean it's more durable, not that it's somehow magically wear-resistant and will look brand new forever.

Looks quite common and you might want to analyze how you're getting in/out of the rig. On our '19 Ranger i'm a bit rough with the outboard bolster and they have creases. The GF is more gingerly. The foam used in Ranger seems pretty garbage compared to what we felt when test driving Bronco. The MGV and leather (we test drove 2 Broncos) were both lightyears ahead of the Ranger's offerings.

I get it will wear but it's 2 months. And the passenger seat came that way day 1.

Happens to every lifted truck because people just slide themselves out. Try picking yourself up and over the seat.
I definitely slide. I'll have to be more cognizant

This is a time where waxing it might actually be a benefit ... It'll help you slide out easier.
