This would check a lot of boxes for some people...

1. MGV is easy to clean and maintain. It's also less than leather which I am on board with.
2. Wildtrak gets you many standard features which people want. (2.7, Sas)
3. It would allow you to get MGV, 2.7, Sas and lux without the intense offroad addons from BD and Badlands. (steel bumpers, bash plates, disconnect etc). Some of those are great but not everyone wants/needs them.
4. You get Sport Mode in lieu of the Baja rock crawl mode.

Exactly this is why I really wish this could happen for all those reasons. Said it better then I could... thanks

I’m 100% getting the Wildtrak but unsure about cloth vs leather. I actually really like the camo seats but I’d like to save the 2k and get the MGV instead of upgrading to leather.
I would choose leather over MGV any day.

I got to see and feel the MGV on a bronco in Tennessee at an event. While I’d choose leather over MGV at the same price I’d be just fine saving the 2200 and getting the MGV to save that money and have something different.

Sport Mode replaces rock crawl. Both the WT and BL have Baja mode. As to the original post, for me I'm sticking to the WT trim. I want the MGV seats, so much so if I can't order them from the factory directly I will either swap someone with a BL or just buy them and put them in my Wildtrak.

Thanks, for pointing that out. Shot the reply off quickly at work. Just updated it.

If you really want them that bad, why not just build up the BL? They are almost the same end price and the only thing you have to give up is the fog lights and head liner (if you wanted it).

I've tossed it around alot myself, but keep coming back to not liking the all dark interior of the BL.... Ironic, but if they offered a lighter interior in BL, I would have to rethink my WT for sure.

Oh.. one more thing? Why would BL come with Baja mode? It's standard with the 2.3... not very Baja-ish.

Well if you update to leather you are basically getting part Vinyl, part Leather, so IF that would switch a person, I would think they already switched.
If the vinyl they used in the leather trimmed vinyl option was MGV that would be great but it is the standard old fashion vinyl we've always had . If it was leather trimmed MGV then there would not be any point as the MGV Ford is using in the Bronco is so close to the look and feel of leather it's not worth putting them side by side .

Well that sucks if true...so if someone opts for the 2.2k leather upgrade, they are not only being shortchanged because it's not ALL leather, but the Vinyl is not the MGV?

Talk about being taken to the cleaners. I figured for that price you would be getting the creme of the crop.

Screw MGV on just the Wildtrak. Every Bronco should have come standard with MGV and rubber floors with the option to add leather/cloth seats and carpeted flooring at an increased cost. So, who is going to start the petition lol?

Already in for the Wildtrak BUT if they went with the MGV and a better color combo I would downgrade from leather to MGV in a heartbeat!

I could see that... Most Broncos come with the famous Bronco Washout Interior...but for those that want, you can go cloth OR carpet. I think leather should not even be an option since MGV is there (Maybe WT or FE only).
