I cannot wait to move out of this fucking state.

That’s a terrible story! Hope it works out for you. Where did you end up?Dealers here in GA are certainly not incentivized (or are unaware) the same way similar dealers in the Southeast seem to be.
My experience has been just short of a disaster...my reservation which I moved to a friend of a friend went south when they converted my reservation to an order without discussing price with me. I had sent several builds over to get an idea....they came back with pricing at MRSP....they were generally unwilling to discuss what their price even after I told them what other dealers in the SE were doing.
When I tried to move my reservation I couldn't b/c it was in order status. They then cancelled my "order" thus dropping my reservation status. I've spent over an hour in total on the phone with Bronco reservations thus far and had to create a new reservation today at the dealer I wanted. They are supposed to replace my new reservation with my initial reservation date, but I've been unable to get anything in writing.
I'm in no hurry, but want to know what and when to expect...I'm actually excited about my boys and I, (ages 10 & 8) flying to pickup the truck and road trip it home. Frustrated with the overall process, but actually excited about the idea of this trip with my boys. Hope everyone is enjoying this experience in the face of all the challenges today .
Will be a story to tell for quite some time. Flying to Memphis (AutoNation). But not plugging them b/c my reservation is now today and if people move their reservations I move out. That’s a terrible story! Hope it works out for you. Where did you end up?
I have a 7/14 reservation and not a peep from Hennessy. Thinking of transferring my reservation to that Nashville dealer and opting for a 2022 model year.I’m just amazed that for such a large metro area not one dealer stepped up and tried to gobble up all the reservations with a decent deal. We all are obviously in the minority of GA reservation holders who expect basic things like communication and reasonable pricing. There must be thousands of Georgians happily signing on to pay MSRP or more.
7/18 reservation, not a single communication from my dealer since I made the reservation. I know I’m getting a MY22 and will be moving my reservation, I’m just waiting for my current dealer to reach out so I can have entertaining conversation with them about pricing, options etc. I feel like I’m missing out seeing all these “dealer told me 5k adm and I have to make a blood oath by sundown” posts.
I bailed on Hennessey quick - call Matt Barker at Two Rivers Ford in Nashville - super great people to work with and they're doing invoice pricing.I have a 7/14 reservation and not a peep from Hennessy. You can get invoice or below if you are willing to go outside Georgia.I spoke with Chad Simmons at Lithia Springs Ford.
They will be at MSRP and should be accepting X-Plan (for all of those new Mustang Club members out there). Non-XPlan will have a $649 dealer fee and $99 EFT.
Yeah, I'm still debating. The difference is negligible when you consider time lost, travel expense (trade in), hassle/headache, etc..You can get invoice or below if you are willing to go outside Georgia.
Are they doing plan pricing or just xplan to lower doc fees? If they’re doing xplan pricing that puts them right there with the Two Rivers deal, right?Yeah, I'm still debating. The difference is negligible when you consider time lost, travel expense (trade in), hassle/headache, etc..
He said honoring xplan pricing in addition to the lowered docs fee.Are they doing plan pricing or just xplan to lower doc fees? If they’re doing xplan pricing that puts them right there with the Two Rivers deal, right?
Wow. That makes them the best price in Georgia (for those with xplan). I might need to look into that.He said honoring xplan pricing in addition to the lowered docs fee.
*fingers crossed* They honor it!Wow. That makes them the best price in Georgia (for those with xplan). I might need to look into that.
In my experience, when they say they might, they never do. They should know right now if they are going to price it like x-plan (since it’s not offered). There is nobody to wait on but themselves. I wish you luck, but watch out for the switcheroo.*fingers crossed* They honor it!
