Does this company have any add on for the OEM skid plates. Been thinking about add on for a cover for the catalytic converter area!

I just got mine sawed off. Not on the Bronco, but one of the delivery vans. Thinking of straight piping it and save some money, but a van that sounds like it does now doesn't have the same effect as a sports car.

Got Metalcloak full belly skidplates installed today. These things are beefy. Very impressed with fitment and finish. Recessed bolt heads are very nice touch. Can't wait to try them out. They should be available to purchase now or soon. I loaned out my bronco for test fitment of the prototype and for final install and pictures for the install manual. They also have some new Bronco rock sliders out for 4 doors. Hopefully 2 door soon on the sliders.

you talk about not go cheap on thickness of the plates but if someone it rocks a
hard enough to damage stock skid plates then they well damage the bolts hanging under these ones and might rip/brake them off or just make them so you well need to drill them off if you had to take the plates off.

That bolt/nut set/I don’t even know what to call it, is horrible.

They would not survive the wheeling I do. They need do drill countersunk holes and use bolts that are Flush or slightly higher than the bottom of the metal of the plates

Found A picture from Clayton off-road. Notice how none of the bolts hang lower than the skid plates.

That’s how you properly do it.
